No Returns on Bakery Products

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns on bakery items, including but not limited to cakes, pastries, desserts, cookies, and other food products.

Perishable Goods Policy

Because our products are freshly prepared and intended for immediate consumption, they cannot be returned or exchanged once they leave our store or have been delivered.

• No returns on custom cakes, pastries, desserts, or seasonal items.
• No refunds for products based on personal taste or preference.
• No exchanges for perishable food items once an order has been picked up or delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged or if you believe you received the wrong order, please contact us as soon as possible on the same day of pickup or delivery.

• Provide your order details and a description of the issue.
• Photos may be requested to help us review the concern.
• If we determine that the error was made by us, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Custom Orders

Custom and special-order items are made specifically for your request. For that reason, custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable once the order has been confirmed and production has begun.

Order Cancellations

Cancellations may be accepted only if requested with sufficient notice before preparation begins. Once production or preparation has started, the order cannot be canceled and no refund will be issued.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered only in limited situations, such as:

• The wrong item was provided by our team.
• The order was significantly damaged before pickup or during delivery due to our error.
• The order could not be fulfilled for reasons within our control.

Approved refunds, if any, will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

Store Discretion

All return, replacement, credit, and refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of NY Bakery and Desserts after reviewing the circumstances of the request.
